We manufacture and repair parts for, among others, the ER1, X2, X3, X40 and X60 series. We have very broad experience in manufacturing in fire-retardant resin and fiber compositions for optimal strength. We focus a lot on reusing and repairing in order to have as little environmental impact as we can. Manufacturing always uses premium raw materials for maximum strength and quality. We exclusively use Mäder resin and gelcoat for EN45545-2 classified details, but can bring in other raw materials for product-specific details. We adapt to the requirements of the customer and the specification.
We also have a lot of manufacturing of special components for switches, cable channels for bridges and other details along the railway. Contact us for more info.
Manufacturing of industrial components has become larger in recent years. Due to many stainless steel details, this has become too expensive to manufacture. We make everything from large sandwich panels to small components that sit in water treatment plants.
Techniques we use include hand lamination, vacuum bagging and LRTM.The resins we work with are Ortho, ISO and Vinylester.
We are registered boat builders with the Swedish Transport Agency, which means we have the opportunity to manufacture boats under our own name. HJC is our manufacturer code and more on this to come.

About us
Henrik Jolfsson started his business at home in his garage as a sole proprietorship. Details that were produced then were car details for racing as well as for the railway industry (cable ducts for bridges).
2010The premises at home became too small and the company was moved to Ängelholm to a larger one and the first employment took place. Glass fiber technology and Hard plastic technology are bought up and enter our business.
2014Conversion to Aktiebolag took place and HJ Custom Composite AB was born. The number of employees at the company was then 3.
2016HJ Custom Composite Materials AB and HJ Custom Composite Production AB. HJCCM becomes a purely materials company and HJCCP takes over the staff and production. We expand and change premises from 200m2 to 1100m2.
2018HJ Custom Composite Production now has 10 employees. We are expanding further and now have 2100m2 at our disposal. We have 95% of the train market on passenger trains in Sweden.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 start Q3.
